  6. All realtors at RE/MAX of Duncan will be told about your property

  7. All Real Estate Offices in town will receive information about your property via FAX

  8. Feature sheets and a 'Home Book' about your property will be left inside your house

  9. I will schedule a 'Realtors Open House' ASAP!

  10. Your property will be advertised bi-weekly in the 'Pictorial Real Estate Paper' - and there will be a NEW LISTING ad in the 'classified' section of the Pictorial

  11. I will constantly promote the property to other Realtors and the public

  12. I will make all attempts to show and sell your property

  13. I will phone you weekly to update you

  14. I keep a record of all showings, including Realtors name, company and any comments made

  15. You will receive FEEDBACK on any showings within 24 hours!

  16. I will hold 'Public Open Houses' when felt necessary

  17. A Brochure Box containing specific info about your property will be attached to the Real Estate sign
